| Zusammenfassung: | A condensed version of the forest management plan for the sustainable removal of wood from Laguncularia racemosa (L.) Gaertn. f. in the Ejido de San Blas, state of Nayarit, is presented. Measurements of forest attributes (e.g. height, diameter) in sampling units of 300 m2, calculation of wood volumes for harvesting, and estimate of diameter increments on marked trees were carried out. It is proposed the use of the low forest regeneration method and the regulation of the yield through a combined control of area and volume. The total annual harvest will be 1 417 m3 in 17 cutting sites with rotation periods from 8 years to 16 years. |
