New myrmecophilic species of Acacia (Leguminosae) from the Yucatan peninsula, Mexico

A new species of Acacia from the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico is described. It belongs to the myrmecophilous group in the subgenus Acacia. Habitat and morphology are similar to those Acacia globulifera and A. hindsii. A key for determination of the related species in the Peninsula is given.
