Samenvatting:The biology of Simophis rhinostoma (Schlegel, 1837) is poorly known. There are no enough information about its diet, just about feeding on anurans and, in captivity, there are records of lizards ingestion. We present the first record of fish ingestion by S. rhinostoma, a colubrid inhabiting the Atlantic Forest and Cerrado areas, also some behavior aspects during feeding.
