Crynodeb:A description is given of Solanum guamuchilense Castillo-Campos, a woody vine. This plant was discovered in the semi-evergreen seasonal forest of the town of Guamúchil, Vallejo mountain range, Bahía de Banderas region of the state of Nayarit, México. It is related to Solanum molinarum J.L. Gentry, S. refractum Hook. & Arn., S. wendlandii Hook. f., and S. cobanense J.L. Gentry, but differs in its entire to lobed leaves, as well as its larger inflorescences and fruits.
