Se concluye que D. duplicata (Bosc) Fischer es de climas templados húmedos y de América del Norte y las 3 formas de D. indusiata (Vent. : Pers.) Desv. [D. indusiata f. indusiata, D. indusiata f. lutea ( Liou & Hwang) Kobayasi y D. indusiata f. rosea (Cesati) Kobayasi] son tropicales y subtropicales.
