A new species of Hyperbaena (Menispermaceae) from Veracruz, Mexico
Hyperbaena jalcomulcensis is described as a new species in the Menispermaceae. It is a tree dwelling tropical deciduous and semideciduous forests of central Veracruz. It is distribution, habitat and affinities are discussed.
