Riassunto: | Thirteen new species of Frankiiniella in the "Intonsa group" from the Mexican Volcanic Range (one shared with the Sierra Madre Oriental), are described herein. Because all these species share characters of color and morphology, they intégrate a specific assemblage. The probable morphologic relationships with the Mexican Frankiiniella desertileonidum Watson species assemblage, and in a minor grade with the F. intonsa (Trybom) species assemblage, are analyzed and discussed. Illustrations of the head, antennae, thorax and abdomen of each species, are included. |
