In México, however, the few papers published on this subject have been focused to several aspects other than soil functíon. As a result of several meetings hold during last years, it was possible to join several soil biologists that agreed to publish a synthesls of the current situation of some soil organisms in a special number of this journal. The selected organisms were those with management possibilities or with a key role in soil processes. In this paper we review these contributions, in the context of soil decomposition and the organisms involved. |
